Mom's Recipes

I hesitate to put these recipes on the Internet because we so much enjoy hearing from everyone when they call home to ask for a recipe. But I know that other people also enjoy my sweet wife's cooking and so I'm making these recipes available for the rest of the world as well as my family.

If you can remember something Mom makes that isn't listed here and really should be (because you may want to download it someday), send a message to rdxpxw57@msn.com and we'll see about adding it. (But first change all the xs to es in that address. The xs are spamproofing.)

We make no promises, though. If Mom doesn't like it or doesn't want to be associated with it (like Fried Bologna Mexican Hats, for example), then it stays out.
